Founded in 2013 Burleighs Distillery is a craft gin distillery situated in Leicestershire’s Charnwood Forest, in the heart of England, and the home of Burleighs London Dry Gin. The main botanicals used are juniper berries and coriander, with additional inspiration taken from the woods nearby – using silver birch, iris, dandelion, burdock, angelica root and elderberry. The resulting flavour is well balanced, with woody, earthy undertones and a long, dry finish.
